Updating Your Details

Any change of details from the original enrolment form such as address, telephone number(s) or parents place of employment should be communicated immediately in writing to the College office, either by sending a note, an email or by coming in and filling out a ‘Change of Details’ form. This can also be completed via the Qparents App.

This information should be kept up to date so that parents can be contacted quickly in any emergency.

Compliments & Customer Complaints

If you have a compliment, please let a teacher, the school office or principal know. If you would like to make a complaint, please refer to the School complaints process (Complaints Management Framework, 263KB), which explains our customer complaints management process.

Custody and Parental Orders

If there are custody arrangements with your child, please notify the College of those details.  It is essential that the Executive Principal, class teacher and our administration staff are informed when concerns surround custody issues so that the appropriate action can be taken by the College if necessary.

On occasion we may have to act on custody information held in our confidential files.  It is vital that this information remains current and is supported by appropriate documentation.

Appointments

Appointments to see teachers to discuss student concerns or other school matters should be made via the Student Diary (Years 4 -12) or by emailing the teacher directly.

Appointments with members of administration are always welcome. Parents wishing to discuss student concerns or other school matters will need to phone 4039 9222 to make an appointment.

For security and safety reasons all visitors are required to report to the Primary or Secondary Campus  Administration Building to receive a visitor’s badge.

National Relay Service

If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment, contact us through the National Relay Service (NRS). This is an Australia-wide phone and internet service.
